I read in thye Sunday Paper today that a chap I was a partner with in property investment 8 years ago, we parted company as I did not agree on some of his ethics, is now worth $50 million whilst I am in debt!!! Have decided that this is my wake up call - to make at least 10% of his worth by 17th May next year 2010 on my 60th. Will be getting my head down and pounding the key board with that target in mind and not to be the one that watched another achieve super wealth from the side line, as I have done, whilst run(ning) out of savings.
