			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;ve been following my story of transformation for a while, you know that I&#8217;ve been on a mission to transform my life and the world&#8230;through what I call <a href="http://www.amish-shah.com/mass-scale-impact" target="new">&#8220;Mass Scale Impact&#8221;</a>. Basically, I want to make the BIGGEST impact in the SHORTEST time&#8230;GLOBALLY. <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>This blog post is about one of the <strong>BIGGEST</strong> transformations I am making in my life&#8230;</p>
<p>Life is about <em>being</em> three things to most people:</p>
<p><strong>1) Being Happy</strong><br />
<strong> 2) Being Healthy</strong><br />
<strong> 3) Being Wealthy</strong></p>
<p>To achieve this, you <strong><em>NEED</em></strong> to concentrate on <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mind, Body, and Soul</span>.</p>
<p>I have always tried to have the right &#8220;mindset&#8221; and I STILL strive to improve my mindset through books and meditation. Spirituality is something that I love and I always strive to make myself a better person by &#8220;cleansing and purifying&#8221; the soul.</p>
<p>But&#8230;being healthy has been difficult for me. I eat WAY better than most people I know, but we all know it&#8217;s hard&#8230;especially with all the awesome tasting <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>CRAP</strong></span> that is out there.</p>
<p>And exercise? What&#8217;s that? LOL&#8230;That&#8217;s even harder to maintain!</p>
<p>Focusing on <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mind, Body, and Soul</span> WILL let you achieve the results you want to achieve in life. Most people <em>think</em> they need to focus on <strong>MONEY</strong>. But that&#8217;s not the case. <strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Focus on yourself and the rest will come.</strong></p>

<p>I realized I will <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ALWAYS</strong></span> have work to do. I will <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ALWAYS</strong></span> have emails to answer. I will <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ALWAYS</strong></span> have &#8220;fires&#8221; to put out. This is just a part of life! But that stuff is <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>NOT</strong></span> urgent. It&#8217;s actually <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>YOU</strong></span> that is urgent. It&#8217;s <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>YOU</strong></span> that needs to change. Because once <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>YOU</strong></span> change&#8230;<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>so does you&#8217;re world. </em></span></p>
<p>I recently had some bloodwork done by the request of my doctor. The results weren&#8217;t what I was expecting.</p>
<p>I have high cholesterol, a &#8220;fatty liver&#8221;, and gastritis.</p>
<p><em><strong>Lucky me, eh? </strong></em></p>
<p>I guess all that drinking and eating crappy food didn&#8217;t help me. <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Most doctor&#8217;s like to scare you with all kinds of things by saying you have this wrong with you and that wrong with you. And then they try to stick you on meds to help mask the problem.</p>
<p>My doctor said the same thing&#8230; and so I said&#8230;<strong>&#8220;NOT ME&#8221;</strong>.</p>
<p>The last thing I am going to do is take pharmaceuticals when I know I can fix myself.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>That&#8217;s when I met Drew&#8230;</strong></span></p>
<p>Drew Canole from <a href="http://www.fitlife.tv/transform" target="new">FitLife.tv </a>challenged me to transform myself within 90 days.</p>
<p><em>(it&#8217;s funny how when you have positive intentions in life&#8230;positive people and events seem to enter your life at JUST the right moments)</em></p>
<p>Drew challenged me to transform my health and my body. Not transform like a transformer <em>(well maybe?!)</em>, but transform my <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>LIFE</strong></span>.</p>

<p><strong>Since I started my challenge 30 days ago, I&#8217;ve lost 7 lbs.</strong> I&#8217;ve never really been &#8220;overweight&#8221;, just chubby. haha.</p>
<p>But now, I&#8217;ve shed a lot of my chubbiness and have a six pack in the making. <strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Actually, more like a 2.7 pack.</strong> <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Now keep in mind, <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve seen those muscles in about 10 years</span></strong>! LOL! I used to have a six pack in high school and beginning of college, but everyone knows what college can do to ya. The common term &#8220;freshman 15&#8243; (where you gain 15 pounds your freshman year) didn&#8217;t really apply to me. <strong>It was more like freshman 30 for me.</strong> <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So what have I been doing?</p>
<p><strong>1) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Eating properly. </span></strong></p>
<p>Over the last 4-5 years, I&#8217;ve eaten very &#8220;clean&#8221; and healthy foods, but I did love cheese (and other dairy), bread, sugary drinks, and alcohol.</p>
<p>So I cut ALL dairy, most gluten and white bread, refined sugars, alcohol and sugary drinks out of my diet. Of course I&#8217;ll eat it once in a while, because I don&#8217;t like to be a Nazi on myself and have to live by a strict regimen. But being in control is everything! Everything in moderation! Don&#8217;t overdo it!</p>
<p>The occasional cheese in salads is okay, but no more melted cheese stuff.  The occasional piece of bread isn&#8217;t going to kill you, so that&#8217;s okay too. And the occasional drink won&#8217;t hurt either. Everything in moderation! </p>
<p>And as far as milk&#8230;I haven&#8217;t drank milk since I was about 16 because it&#8217;s just so bad for you. We are the ONLY mammal&#8217;s that drink milk after feeding from our mothers. Doesn&#8217;t that just seem odd?  Some raw milk has been proven to have benefits, but the milk you find in stores is just horrible for you. In fact, I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if it caused diseases.</p>
<p>A common misconception is that eating healthy is hard.  It&#8217;s <strong>REALLY</strong> not as hard as you think. <strong>It just takes a strong mind, strong will, and determination.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Juicing.</span></strong><br />

I can&#8217;t even tell you how much my life has changed because of juicing. Thanks to Drew who introduced me to juicing. When I first started juicing, my body went into detox mode and cleanse mode. I used to get tired at random times of the day and feel tired and sleepy. I used to also feel &#8220;high&#8221; or &#8220;light headed&#8221; when I would drink these drinks. All those side effects have stopped now and I just get a HUGE burst of energy when I drink these drinks. I juice about 2 to 3 times a day and I make all kinds of juices with all kinds of veggies and fruits&#8230;Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Parsley, Cucumber, Radish, Celery, Zucchini, Garlic, Tomatoes, Celery, Beats, Carrots, Apples, Pears and the list goes on and on.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re body needs these &#8220;micro nutrients&#8221; to heal itself. If you can fix the outside of your body, why not the inside? That&#8217;s what juicing does.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1377" title="Breville Juice Fountain Elite" src="http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/41N5B1SJ5TL._SS500_.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" />I recently saw a great movie called &#8220;<a href="http://www.fatsickandnearlydead.com/" target="new">Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead</a>&#8220;. This movie fortifies the fact that juicing is CRUCIAL to your health!</p>
<p>The juicer I got is the Breville Juice Fountain Elite. This things a BEAST and works great.</p>

<p><strong>3)</strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Exercise.</strong></span></p>
<p>I am going to the gym about 3 times a week and running twice a week. So 5 days total. I&#8217;m starting Yoga in a week or so which will take up one of the days from running.</p>
<p>During my workouts, I usually run, do some core exercises, and then do some weight training. Nothing out of the ordinary or weird stuff like P90x. Just some good old school workouts.</p>
<p><strong>4)</strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Meditation, Determination, and Having Vision.</strong></span></p>
<p>The key to staying focused and determined through this and being able to be in control of yourself requires mental stamina. Let&#8217;s face it, eating healthy and exercising is hard work. It&#8217;s harder than most other things you do in your life! </p>
<p>Just meditating and envisioning what you want to achieve in life can dramatically change everything. From health to wealth to your happiness&#8230;Meditation, Determination, and Envisioning what you want is what connects your mind, body and soul. This is what creates your happiness, your good health, and your great wealth.</p>
<p><strong>If you can control your mind and not let your mind control you, you can move mountains. (seriously!)</strong></p>
<p>And if you focus on fixing <strong>YOURSELF</strong> first, you&#8217;ll see everything you&#8217;ve ever wanted in life to start to appear. I&#8217;ve been on a mission to transform my life and transform the world and I see REAL results happening every day. By concentrating on myself, I&#8217;ve seen my business change to a whole new level, my mindset has increased to a profound and much higher level, people have entered my life that needed to be there, and so much more. <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>a lot of you have asked for the recipe so here it is!</p>
<p>here is the deal with this recipe &#8211; it helps with EVERYTHING you do.  This thing packs more nutrition in one glass than you get in a MONTH. </p>
<p>Healthy and Clean Smoothie = Healthy and Clean Mind = Getting what you want</p>
<p>you can get these ingredients from <a href="http://www.ultimatesuperfoods.com/">http://www.ultimatesuperfoods.com/</a> and Whole Foods and <a href="http://www.sunfood.com">http://www.sunfood.com</a></p>
<p>First we have to make a base for your smoothie. This basically allows you to put as much healthy shit in you want without it tasting bad! I learned this little secret from Len Foley, the master smoothie maker over at <a href="http://www.thebestdayever.com/">www.thebestdayever.com</a>. (killer site by the way) The smoothie below makes about 4 cups.</p>
<p>Start off with half an inch of water and put it into your vitamix.</p>
<p>Add:</p>
<ol>
<li>Spoon of raw and organic honey</li>
<li>Spoon of raw/organic coconut oil</li>
<li>Pinch of organic sea salt</li>
<li>Handful of organic cashews or organic brazil nuts</li>
<li>Two squirts of vanilla stevia</li>
</ol>
<p>Blend on high until silky smooth. Now you have your base!</p>
<p>Now Add:</p>
<ol>
<li>Half a cup of Organic Frozen Berries (or fresh berries like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc.)</li>
<li>1.5 – 2 cups Coconut water or some kind of nut milk (I prefer coconut water, but I do use nut milk sometimes. Such as vanilla almond milk or hemp milk)</li>
<li>2 to 3 (or more <img src="../wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> ) big tablespoons of Cacao Powder</li>
<li>1 – 2 teaspoons of Goji Berry Extract powder</li>
<li>Handful of Goji Berries</li>
<li>2 to 3 tablespoons of some kind of seeds (I like Chia seeds the best.  But you can use flax seeds)</li>
<li>1 – 3 scoops of SunWarrior Protein</li>
<li>1 – 2 tablespoons of tocotrienols</li>
<li>1-2 tablespoons of SunWarrior activated barley (optional)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of maca extreme (be careful! <img src="../wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> )</li>
<li>1 -2 tablespoons of The Sun is Shining (or spirulina)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter (optional)</li>
</ol>
<p>Blend that all up until smooth and enjoy!</p>
<p>You can basically mix and match ANYTHING you want and be okay. The more you put, the thicker the smoothie will be. As you start making more of them and watching what you put everyday, you’ll get a good idea of what works for you. There is so much you can put into smoothies its incredible. Like I said, once you have your base, you can dump stuff in and it’ll still taste good! The ingredients above are just some of the things I put in my smoothies. Some days I put other stuff and substitute. All depends on what you feel like.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#8217;t posted new content to this blog in a while because I&#8217;ve been running around the last couple weeks.  First went to Maui for a week for a MUCH NEEDED break.  Then I moved into a pimp new house on the beach. Every marketer and business owner needs to take a break to get away and just not think about shit before they get busy again.  It&#8217;s kind of like producers block and writers block.  Sometimes you&#8217;re just don&#8217;t feel like doing anything so that&#8217;s when you should not think about a damn thing related to what you do everyday and just get away. When I used to make music all the time, I would have days where I would not have inspiration or creativity at all in making the music. No ideas, nothing. So I would just not even look at any of my music equipment for days or even weeks until I got the &#8220;urge&#8221; to make music again.  </p>
<p>In the internet marketing world I called this &#8220;Marketers block&#8221; or &#8220;Affiliate block&#8221;.  Where you just have done so much work you get &#8220;burnt&#8221; and you can&#8217;t continue to do anything else and just sit on Twitter and Facebook all day. (both of which are a complete waste of time).  Or you just sit around refreshing Gmail and your aff stats all day.  When this happens, you either have to just step away for a couple hours. If it gets to the point where you are doing day after day after day, JUST LEAVE. Don&#8217;t think about it for a while, a couple days, weeks, whatever.  </p>
<p>This basically gives your brain some time to relax and realize what you really want to do.  So when you DO get back into work mode you can be twice as effective in what you do. </p>
<p>So when this happened to me recently I just left and went to Maui for 6 days.  Just to get away and be in a different environment.  Away from everything.  Sure I checked emails every now and then, but that&#8217;s okay.  &#8220;Marketer&#8217;s&#8221; block doesn&#8217;t usually happen to me a lot because I absolutely love what I do, but when it does, it hits me hard.</p>

<p>While in Maui, I decided to rent a new place and get a complete change of scenery for when I get back to Cali. I signed the papers from the resort and faxed them back to the real estate agent.  I came home and the next day I started packing and moved out. </p>
<p>Anyway, a couple people hit me up on FB and Twitter asking me about my new house. This place is bad (&#8220;not bad meaning bad, but bad meaning good&#8221;) and I figured this was the only time I would be able to live in a ridiculous place like this.  My front yard is the beach! The place is 4 bedrooms, super contemporary modern, glass everywhere (even the steps), a retractable roof, and just pure gangstaness.</p>

<p>Speaking of this new house, here is another thing that caught me off guard.  I always write stuff down in my notepads.  Everything related to my business and my personal development is written down in this notebook.  I have 10 of these things full of ideas, biz stuff, thoughts, doodles, and other cool stuff. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So as some of you know, Larry and I work with <a href="http://www.sunfood.com">www.sunfood.com</a>. My biz partner, <a href="http://www.larryostrovsky.com">Larry</a> had initially gone to a retreat in Eden Hot Springs, AZ and met with David Wolfe about a year ago.</p>
<p>We knew that their current website and marketing just sucked and they needed help.  We were big fans and wanted to work with them, so we started talking to them and they wanted us to help them.  So that&#8217;s exactly what we did.</p>
<p>We are HUGE fans of David Wolfe, his movement and Sunfood&#8217;s superfoods.  David Wolfe is literally on the cutting edge of nutrition and is bringing some of the most powerful superfoods on the planet to you.</p>
<p>Changing the site completely to have a better look and feel along with a easier navigation flow was just part of what we are going to do with Sunfood.  We are setting up an affiliate program through Commission Junction and it should ROCK.  Check out www.sunfood.com and leave some feedback about the new site!</p>
<p>We got a long road ahead of us to make Sunfood the leader in super nutrition!  The new website was the first step!</p>
<p>Speaking of superfoods, I have a GREAT smoothie every morning that has changed my life.  It taste delicious and probably has more nutrients than an average person would get in a week. (I&#8217;m serious!) I get ALL these ingredients from sunfood.com and whole foods.</p>
<p>The ultimate smoothie recipe below -</p>
<p>First we have to make a base for your smoothie.  This basically allows you to put as much healthy shit in you want without it tasting bad! I learned this little secret from Len Foley, the master smoothie maker over at <a href="http://www.thebestdayever.com">www.thebestdayever.com</a>. (killer site by the way) The smoothie below makes about 4 cups.</p>
<p>Start off with half an inch of water and put it into your vitamix.</p>
<p>Add:</p>
<ol>
<li>Spoon of raw and organic honey</li>
<li>Spoon of raw/organic coconut oil</li>
<li>Pinch of organic sea salt</li>
<li>Handful of organic cashews or organic brazil nuts</li>
<li>Two squirts of vanilla stevia</li>
</ol>
<p>Blend on high until silky smooth. Now you have your base!</p>
<p>Now Add:</p>
<ol>
<li>Half a cup of Organic Frozen Berries (or fresh berries like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, etc.)</li>
<li>1.5 &#8211; 2  cups Coconut water or some kind of nut milk (I prefer coconut water, but I do use nut milk sometimes. Such as vanilla almond milk or hemp milk)</li>
<li>2 to 3 (or more <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) big tablespoons of Cacao Powder</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 2 teaspoons of Goji Berry Extract powder</li>
<li>Handful of Goji Berries</li>
<li>2 to 3 tablespoons of some kind of seeds (I like Chia seeds the best.  But you can use flax seeds)</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 3 scoops of SunWarrior Protein</li>
<li>1 &#8211; 2 tablespoons of tocotrienols</li>
<li>1-2 tablespoons of SunWarrior activated barley (optional)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of maca extreme (be careful! <img src='http://www.amish-shah.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )</li>
<li>1 -2 tablespoons of The Sun is Shining (or spirulina)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter (optional)</li>
</ol>
<p>Blend that all up until smooth and enjoy!</p>
<p>You can basically mix and match ANYTHING you want and be okay.  The more you put, the thicker the smoothie will be.  As you start making more of them and watching what you put everyday, you&#8217;ll get a good idea of what works for you.  There is so much you can put into smoothies its incredible.  Like I said, once you have your base, you can dump stuff in and it&#8217;ll still taste good!  The ingredients above are just some of the things I put in my smoothies.  Some days I put other stuff and substitute.  All depends on what you feel like.</p>
